BEACH HOUSE BS.
DESCRIPTION
We are very fond of this project since it was our first "big" project. This beach house belongs to a family of 5, in which one of the members is also starting his own family. They bought this house 20 years ago and it hadn't been renovated since. Since the family was growing they decided to enlarge the sleeping areas and add more space for them to spend time together.
CONCEPT AND COLORS
The proposal for this project included extending the common areas and closing them with floor-to-ceiling windows in order to bring more natural light to the inside.
The colors we chose were "summer" tones with white details and light wood. The back house (which was the "Guest House" was completely torn apart and rebuilt with a two-story guest house.
